We had both carpet and LVP placed in our new home. Excellent customer service from the entire team! Yuri helped us out the entire way, answering all of our questions and making sure we were happy with the everything. He was knowledgeable, quick and responsive. The work itself is exceptional! Everything went according to plan for new carpet. I called the store, they set up a measurement of the rooms needed for carpet. I choose the carpet I wanted in store and everything went according to plan. The install date was never changed and the installers showed up on time. I would recommend them to all. I hope all have the same experience.
